- Philip Chou06.09.2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great little garden in Kuranda. Compared to the Toranga Zoo in Sydney, in Kuranda you can get much closer to koalas. The koala encounter experience here also allows you to hold a koala and take a picture. In Toranga zoo, you can't touch the koalas. Also, here you can pet kangaroos or wallabies. Totally worth the $20 admission cost.
